Leika is a beautiful, year and a half year old female Pit Bull Terrier from Puerto Rico! She was found behind a factory building and gave birth to her puppies in the woods. Now she is living in New Hampshire and being trained. How great is that? Leika loves to play in the water, go on car rides, meet new people and show off her recently acquired obedience skills. She is a sweetheart, full of love and big smiles!
The training to improve Leika’s manners and her ability to greet other dogs calmly has been successful. She’s done very well and is now ready to find her forever family. She will be a lovely companion to someone who has the willingness to give her the exercise, structure and routine that she needs.
Leika could be a second dog in a home if the other dog is calm. We can arrange a few meet and greets to assist in smooth introductions. Her energy and need for structure would make her best suited in a home without children… too much excitement!
This wonderful Pittie is house trained, crate trained, leash trained and is working hard on other skills. She is doing really well! Her new owner will need to continue her training to solidify the structure she needs to be the best dog she can be. She loves to give kisses and will make you laugh every day with her joyful love of life.
She is an amazing dog!
Leika is spayed, up to date on vaccinations
and preventatives, heartworm treated and has a valid health certificate.
