Most of us will experience back pain at some point during our lives. Yoga has been shown to be a safe and effective means of preventing and relieving back pain, no matter the cause or underlying condition.
Join yoga therapist and teacher Carolyn Brennan for this therapeutic series. We'll use breathing, movement and meditation techniques to explore postural awareness and find optimal spinal alignment. We'll also address muscle imbalances of the back, hip, neck, and shoulders, releasing tight muscles and learning to access and strengthen muscles that support safe, effective posture and movement.
Appropriate for most bodies, no yoga experience required!
