Our 4-week culinary programs are geared toward a middle school students’ skill set. They take a well-rounded approach to teaching older students culinary skills that will develop and expand their love and curiosity for cooking and food.
The focus of this session is one pot/dish meals that are delicious, nutritious, and easy to prepare.
Over the course of the four weeks, we will cook a soup, vegetarian shepherd’s pie, vegetarian chili, and eggplant parmesan. We will primarily use vegetables grown here at Cedar Circle Farm.
