Boiled Cider Week!
There's no more delicious way to usher in fall than with the sweet flavor of Vermont boiled cider. We're celebrating this favorite local ingredient all week with recipe demos in our retail store's demo kitchen, a seasonal boiled cider bread in our café, and samples at our Fall Festival.

Demo Kitchen: Visit our demo kitchen all week to learn how to make some of our favorite boiled cider recipes, like apple cider baked doughnuts with a maple glaze, apple cider caramels, and apple dumpling slices.                                                                                    

Café: The perfect fall bread awaits! Come take home a loaf of our limited edition, seasonal boiled cider bread on sale in our bakery.  

Sensory Station: Try a sample of boiled cider and learn how to bake with it as a substitute for some of the liquids in your favorite fall recipes to add sweetness and a ripe, just-picked apple flavor.                                                                                                                

Events: Join us on September 15 for our Fall Festival: a full day of baking fun from 10 AM to 4 PM, complete with demos and samples and more. Put that boiled cider to use and showcase it in your baking by entering our Fall Festival Baking Contest! Find more details here.
