Worth Knowing: Free Course in Lebanon for Relatives of People struggling with Mental Illness

The National Alliance on Mental Illness is offering a free 12-week course for family members who have relatives with mental illness. The course will cover the biological bases of mental illnesses, various treatments, tips on communication and coping, as well as other topics. The course is intended to assist family member-caregivers in supporting their loved ones as well maintaining their own well-being.
