Lebanon couple both facing charges after trespassing incident at home
WEST LEBANON - Police responded to Romano Circle on Saturday after receiving a report that a man was seen climbing through a window into an apartment from which he had previously been given a no trespass order.
Police said that when they arrived they were met by Ashley Montgomery, the wife of the suspect, Aaron Montgomery, and they said she gave them consent to search her apartment.
Officers said they found Aaron Montgomery hiding in a closet but when they attempted to take him into custody "Aaron began actively resisting and fighting with officers."

"Officers were able to gain control of Aaron and place him in the cruiser. As officers began to transport Aaron to the police department for processing, Ashley ran up to the cruiser’s rear door, where Aaron was sitting, and opened the door," police said.
Ashley Montgomery was subsequently arrested and taken into custody on a misdemeanor charge of obstructing government administration. She was later released with an October 15th court date to answer the charge in Lebanon District Court.
Aaron Montgomery was charged with misdemeanor counts of criminal trespass and resisting arrest.
