Price:  First class is free, after that by donation, to ensure that fitness classes are available to the entire community, regardless of ability to pay.

A dynamic cardiovascular workout; appropriate for intermediate to high skill and fitness level. HIIT is a form of interval training, a cardiovascular exercise strategy alternating short periods of intense anaerobic exercise with less intense recovery periods, until too exhausted to continue.

Dress code and details: Please bring a yoga mat. Dress in clothing you can easily move and stretch in, and sneakers for shoes.
