Amish horse and buggy in the Upper valley ?
This would look great in your yard maybe ?
A few weeks ago as I was driving by the carriage Shed in White River Junction, I noticed a big Free sign in front of a shed and next to this buggy. I remember seeing it in front of the business for years and thought this would look nice in someone's yard or field. I took a closer look and noticed the shed was full of free building materials, nails, bolts, roof paper, wood , windows, etc. I inquired with the clerk on duty and was told that yes, everything was free and for the taking.
I made some phone calls to several people who I thought might want some things and also mentioned the horse and buggy wagon. I asked to speak with the owner and made arrangements to meet with him.
He explained that the horse and buggy has been out front of his business for over a dozen years and that with the new renovation and relocation of his office, he decided it was time to retire the old horse and buggy and eventually plans to get a new one. He also stated that it is free and he will help roll it onto a trailer, etc. I am sure someone can use this so take a minute and check out the photos.
I have attached a you tube video link below to show you some of these and how they were and still are used today.
I have also included the web-site for the carriage shed and recommend that you read their blog section which will give you a nice history of the business and their mission statement
Here is some pertinent info from their web site also:

I know someone out there can put this horse and buggy to good use. It seems a waste to just toss it in the trash dumpster.
Here is a website that may be able to help you restore your Amish Buggy.
This could look great in your yard once spruced up
