8:31 a.m. Caller from an auto repair facility on Charlestown Road reported a driver was rear-ended by another motorist who had left the scene and said he was going to call the police later. Police had not received any call.
2:39 p.m. Individual turned himself in at police department on a warrant for theft.

7:03 a.m. Caller reported his mailbox was smashed again during the night in Bible Hill area.
8:24 a.m. Caller reported her mailbox was damaged during the night.
8:34 a.m. Police responded to a domestic disturbance on Main Street; one individual was arrested on open warrant.
1:11 p.m. Caller reported a car off the road and into a tree. Multi-service emergency responders called; tow truck removed the vehicle.

1:36 a.m. Caller reported someone had broken his gate and dumped a large amount of roofing shingles on his property.
4:19 p.m. Employee at a store reported a shoplifter had left the store on foot after stealing meat.
8:50 p.m. Caller reported his son was involved in a fight with two males who left in a truck toward Summer Street.

11:49 p.m. Two-vehicle accident was reported with no injuries or fluids. One of the vehicles was a tractor-trailer.
3 p.m. Caller to E-911 informed police of a stolen phone, and wanted someone out of the house. Police responded.
8:42 p.m. Report was made of a male it by a motor vehicle on Main Street / Elm Street. Officer on scene reported that the male had fallen off a bike while swerving through cars, and was not hit by a vehicle. He was treated for facial wounds.

10:08 a.m. Caller on Charlestown Road reported someone broke into his garage and damaged his door, items also missing from his vehicle.
10:52 p.m. Police stopped a motor vehicle; operator was suspended for DWI and had a prior operation after suspension.

7:50 a.m. Caller reported two pit bulls, described as aggressive, running around in the Potvin Street area and that they had confronted him in his yard.
3:01 p.m. Caller reported someone had fraudulently opened a cell phone account in her name.
Monday, July 30
12:13 a.m. Police responded to a report of a subject criminally trespassing on a store property.
2:19 a.m. Police responded to a driver stopped at 5-way stop sign on Mulberry Street for five minutes without moving; driver was sleeping; ambulance and fire called to assist in case of possible overdose.
11:40 a.m. Caller reported finding drug items in a bathroom at a peer support center on Pleasant Street.
