Description: White male, 5’7”, 174 lbs., blue eyes, blond hair

Reason: Violation of Probation

Charges: Receiving Stolen Property, a Class B Felony, Criminal Trespass, a Class A Misdemeanor  

On July 26, 2017, Cahill was indicted by the Sullivan County Grand Jury on one count of Receiving Stolen Property, a Class B Felony, and one count of Criminal Trespass, a Class A Misdemeanor.   

On Sept. 11, 2017, in Sullivan County Superior Court, Cahill pled guilty to both offenses. As part of his sentence, he was placed on probation.  

On July 30, 2018, the New Hampshire Probation Department filed a Violation of Probation against Cahill in Sullivan County Superior Court. The Department of Probation alleged that Cahill violated his probation.

On July 31, 2018, the Sullivan County Superior Court issued a warrant for Cahill’s arrest for Violation of Probation.
