Rebuilding Your Foundation: A Workshop for Postpartum Women

This workshop is open to women who have experienced childbirth in the past year. In this workshop we will be discussing the physical, mental and emotional aspects of self-care when providing for a child during their first year of life. We will discuss the cascade of physiologic changes that most often occur in women's bodies after childbirth and will offer postural alignment for daily activities, foundational strength building exercises and breathing routines for healing and stress management. We will also offer some nourishing and simple recipes for snacks and teas.
