The idea of using Nature to improve our health and wellbeing has been around for many years, in many different forms.  But there is growing interest in developing wholistic, reciprocal relationships with Nature as a means to simultaneously tend both personal health and ecological well-being. Druidry is a path that offers simple tools and interactive practices which allow us to develop and deepen such relationships for the mutual wellbeing of our bodies and the Earth.  Join Carolyn Hooper, Restorative Wellness Coach, ecologist, educator for the Green Mountain School of Druidry, and a long-time practicing Druid, as she leads our September Lunch and Learn to explore the basic principles and practices of Druidry that can help restore our physical health and emotional balance, as well as the health of the Green World.
