 FRESH RASPBERRY JAM...infused with wild Bergamot flowers growing at Blake Hill...the taste of summer in Vermont. Raspberry season is here in Vermont and we will be making a luscious raspberry jam with a subtle floral infusion. Perfect on fresh baked scones or pairing with a creamy goat cheese or brie. Vicky Allard, owner and executive chef at Blake Hill, will be teaching classic jam making techniques and how to infuse special flavors to make your own unique jam. Our classes also include tips on achieving a perfect set for your jams and safe canning practices.
