"Active for Life" is a total body workout for older adults, regardless of their fitness level. Come prepared to improve your strength, endurance, mobility, and balance. The exercises are a combination of aerobic, flexibility, and resistance training, all done in a supportive, fun-filled environment!
This program runs every Thursday for 5 weeks, from October 18th to November 15th, from 4 to 5pm.
Note: Participants registered for Session 1 will not be enrolled automatically in Session 2.
