For more than 13 years, Pitboss Chris Sargent and Jenn Colby and their talented team of friends and family competed in Kansas City Barbecue Society sanctioned barbecue competitions throughout New England as Howling Hog Barbecue. During their career, Howling Hog Barbecue won more than 45 awards at barbecue and grilling events, becoming one of Vermont’s most decorated competition cooking teams.
Join Chris and Jenn for a special evening at Howling Wolf Farm in Randolph, VT where they treat you to some of their finest barbecue specialties. Guests will be served a “meat-forward,” seven-course tasting menu that celebrates some of Howling Hog Barbecue’s most successful competition dishes, including their award-winning flank steak wrapped scallops, competition- style ribs and brisket burnt ends. The meal will end with “Tara’s Perfect 180” Cheesecake – a dessert that won perfect scoring from judges three times during the team’s career.
The meal will be served with the backdrop of Chris and Jenn’s gorgeous hill farm which overlooks Randolph village. Non-alcoholic beverages will be served, BYOB if you want beer or wine.
