Green Drinks at the Woodstock Library: Bill Bender discusses climate change past, present and future
Ended May 17

Solaflect Energy founder Bill Bender will be the highlighted speaker at this week's Green Drinks at the Norman Williams Public Library in Woodstock this Thursday, May 17th starting at 5:30 pm.  A lifelong Vermonter who started Solaflect 12 years ago to design a 'better mousetrap' to address the spiraling challenges of climate change, Bill's perspective is grounded in both the leading science and decades of personal experience.

Speaking to 'how we got here and where do we go next', Bill will touch on climate change past, present and future as it pertains specifically to Vermont, the Public Utility Commission's July 1 deadline before reducing solar incentives, and Solaflect's unique solution -- the 'backyard solar' Tracker that close to 400 Upper Valley families have installed that generates 40% more power by accurately tracking the sun all day.

The weather report for this Thursday looks outstanding for an outside discussion and libation next to the Woodstock library -- hope you can join us!
