David's House is seeking volunteers to cook dinner for the families staying there while their family members are being treated at the Children's Hospital at Dartmouth. (Read about David's House here.) Volunteers come up with their own menus and can either cook in the kitchen at David's House or at home. Volunteers are usually asked to cook for about 20 people and to have dinner ready to serve by about 6 pm.
If you're interested in volunteering, fill out the application you'll find on the David's House website or contact Jill Ross at Jill.Ross@davids-house.org.
It's amazing how good doing something selfless can make you feel!
