Construction continues at Upper Valley Plaza on the building that will house PetSmart, HomeGoods, an as yet-unidentified tenant and a 110 Grill restaurant.
The tentative plan is for PetSmart to open next month. You can see below that this space is the furthest to the left. It is also the furthest along.
Future home of PetSmart at the very eld on the left
After the PetSmart space is finished, work will begin in earnest on the HomeGoods space. The developer hopes to have the space completed and the store open by late July or early August.
Future home of HomeGoods
There is still a large retail space available for lease, and Newton, Massachusetts-based WS Development continues to solicit interested parties.

And while there is no opening date set in stone for 100 Grill, management is targeting early Fall. The new restaurant will be located on the right side of the structure where Verizon used to be. It's hard to believe that the site will soon be home to an upscale restaurant with an outdoor patio and fire pits.
Future 100 Grill site
When 100 Grill does open, its menu will offer lunch and dinner, and there will be seasonal specialties and plenty of allergy-sensitive offerings. You can see menus from its existing 13 locations here. The menu in West Lebanon should be very similar. Some of 100 Grill's signature dishes are Cucumber & Avocado Tuna, Chimichurri Steak and Chicken Caprese Parmesan. Management describes its food as modern American cuisine with our own twists on traditional dishes. The new restaurant will have approximately 180 seats, including seating on an outdoor patio, at the bar and in the dining room and lounge. 100 Grill will need to hire approximately 70 people.
Stay tuned for updates.
