Join Miriah, for this 2 hour workshop to explore the foundations of arm balancing, giving you tips to help you safely and effectively work towards getting off the ground!   We’ll begin with a vigorous 45-minute vinyasa sequence to warm up the component parts of successful arm balances: core, open and properly aligned shoulders, flexible hips and hamstrings and balance. We'll  use the next hour to workshop several arm balances (come in with ideas for what you want to work on!) in greater detail and end with a well deserved cool-down and savasana.
