Join this workshop as we explore the feeling of effortless flow through qigong movements. As we focus on breathing and movements, we enhance life energy, open the meridians and increase mental clarity.
Movements are graceful and gentle as they increase flexibility and peace of mind. Movement will be followed with seated meditation. This workshop is for any age and fitness level.
