Gather with a community of individuals in a non-judgmental, supportive space, as we discuss, practice, and learn about mindful living during this season of renewal. This experience offers an opportunity for you to more deeply get to know yourself, provides you with specific exercises and tools to reduce stress and pain, and increases self-awareness and overall contentment. We'll explore the various attitudes of mindfulness including self-compassion, non-judgment, equanimity, self-reliance, and curiosity. Each class will incorporate guided meditation, instruction, and helpful tools you can take with you throughout your week.
In addition to the class, participants are also invited to join with our community in a daily, 10-15 minute live meditative practice from home via Zoom on weekdays.
