Hartford Youth Softball Registration Information

The Youth Softball program is for Hartford Residents only.  All participants will be issued a shirt and hat.  Participants must supply their own gray pants, cleats and gloves.  The team will play games against surrounding Upper Valley teams.  Times and dates subject to change due to number of teams.

The Junior Softball Program is for players in 3rd & 4th Grade. This is an introduction to “kid pitch” softball. Coaches pitch the first three innings; players pitch the remainder of the game.  Games consist of 6 innings or 1.5 hours of playing time. The team will play games against surrounding Upper Valley teams.

The Senior Softball Program is for players in 5th & 6th Grade.  At this level, the players pitch the entire game from a distance of 40 feet.  Games consist of  six innings or 1.75 hours of playing time.  The team will play games against surrounding Upper Valley teams.
