Dowsing rods offer a haunting look into the future
I prefer to keep an open mind when it comes to the occult. So, when my girlfriend purchased a pair of copper dowsing rods on Amazon she and I were surprised by how well they worked for her, but not for me.
The dowsing rods can only answer yes or no. When they did work for me some of the answers to my questions were quite amazing.
”Will I owe taxes this year?”
”Will the amount be less than $1,000?”
”Does so-and-so dislike me?”
How dowsing rods work is anybody’s guess. I only know that they have been around for centuries. They’ve been used in the search for water or lost objects, and even for divining future events.
Whether they work is entirely up to your belief system. There’s no scientific basis for them.
Still, we knew that the Philadelphia Eagles would be victorious over the New England Patriots in Super Bowl 51 two days before the fact.
The dowsing rods told us so.
”Will the Patriots lose by a small point margin?”
The Eagles did in fact beat the Patriots, 41-33, to win their first Super Bowl and their first NFL title since 1960.
Who would have known otherwise?
It’s too bad we didn’t put money down on the Eagles with that kind of insider knowledge.
It would have paid for the $19.95 cost of the dowsing rods, at the very least.
