Benjamin Pauly, Master Gardener for the Woodstock Inn and Resort, will share his strategies for maximizing both production and beauty. Ben oversees a 2.5 acre kitchen garden that provides fresh certified organic flowers, herbs, vegetables and fruit for the Inn's guests. Ben is also a talented landscape designer and architect, and has worked in sustainable agriculture with the U.S. Peace Corps in Togo.
