Facets: Morgan, Valley Flower Company Owner
Meet Morgan. She hates soup. Can't you see it in her eyes?
Morgan was born in Los Angeles, California. Her family moved to Hanover when she was 6 months old. She graduated from Hanover High School and went to college in Boston to study art. When she was 14, Morgan got her first job working at Bagel Basement on Allen Street. When she graduated from college, Morgan worked as a graphic artist, a floral designer and a window display artist for Anthropologie in Boston. Tired of city living, Morgan moved back to the Upper Valley in 2005. Less than a month after she moved back, she opened Valley Flower Company in West Lebanon.
Morgan has watched the Upper Valley change dramatically over her lifetime. The change that Morgan most regrets is the closing of EBA's.
Morgan is 38. She lives in Lebanon with her partner, Fred, and her 2 cats, Olive and Leeloo. She still owns Valley Flower Company, but it's been located in White River Junction since 2010.
Favorite day of the week: Thursday
Favorite soup: She hates all soups. Seriously.
