Nasty Woman in Progress

Passing through Dartmouth’s Winter Carnival, I was cheered to see a Nasty Woman in the making. She was only one of the many ice sculptures in progress on the Green in downtown Hanover. The carving continues today. (Carvers in featured photo, top, are Jeremy Faludi, Elizabeth Wilson, and Charlene Sequiera.)

The proverbial two peas in a pod, both of them self-proclaimed nasty.

Here is a schedule of activities for this weekend. May it help to get you outside to enjoy the winter!

Professional ice sculptors were on hand to assist the teams.
