Bethel’s Central Market Changes Hands Today
Bob Tabor has reached an agreement to sell Bethel’s Central Market to Kate and Josh Reed. This Friday, Feb. 9 at 1 p.m., Tabor and the Reeds will sign papers to finalize the purchase.
The Reeds live in Killington with their three small children. Josh will be opening with Tabor on Friday morning, to begin the process of learning the business. While Tabor is retiring, he will be spending time at the store over the next month to support the Reeds as they get settled in.
Tabor has owned the business for 24 years.
In a thank you note posted by his daughter on Facebook, he expressed his appreciation for all the friends he has made during his time at the store. Tabor encourages folks to stop in and welcome the Reeds to Bethel.
