Join Chris Jacobson for a practical, creative workshop to address feelings of attachment and loss through alchemy. Attendees will be offered guided techniques for examining their own storylines and discovering freshened narratives between the lines using the five elements of Chinese Medicine as a format. The exercises are meant to allow inspiration to unfold by encouraging playful self-assessment.
Why is Death and Change so difficult sometimes? As a culture can we more completely incorporate Death into the flow of life? Can we grow beyond the fear of loss? How can we place a greater value on facing and even embracing Death as a teacher, changemaker and guide?
Participants can expect to utilize various media as investigative vehicles for reflection. This may include crayons, watercolor, clay, and other tools for play and healing. All materials included.
