With the Winter Olympics just around the corner, Norwich is getting a bit of attention.

The small town is home to 11 Olympians-making it the place that's produced more Olympians per capita than anywhere in the country - according to a new book, “Norwich: One Tiny Vermont Town’s Secret to Happiness and Excellence.”

Apparently Norwich has sent an athlete to almost every Winter Olympics over the last 30 years. Three athletes have won a medal.

The book, written by New York Times writer Karen Crouse, was just released- highlighting the many Olympians who choose to call the roughly 3,000 population town home.

Who knew?

Some of the Olympians featured in the book are:

Ski Jumper Mike Holland

Runner Andrew Wheating

Skier Hannah Kearney

Alpine Skier Betsy Snite

Brownie points if you can name the other athletes.
