Winter, So Far | A Photo Essay

Winter is a tricky season to photograph. The light is mercurial and the colors and tones can be dull. But fresh snow, cobalt blue sky, and layers upon layers of gray tones make it a fascinating and challenging time to shoot photos. Wandering around with my camera on a quiet winter day is high on my bucket list. With that in mind, here's a sampling of what I've been seeing through my lens in recent weeks. I'll post another group of winter images soon!
