Introduction to Mindfulness

Mindfulness is the practice of turning your attention to the present moment while noticing your judgement. This one-session workshop will introduce you to mindfulness and build skills that will help you focus on the here and now. You will learn about mindfulness and practice a variety of mindfulness exercises.

Note: This program is appropriate for people with little or no experience in practicing mindfulness.
