Do you need a little motivation to get moving? Are you tired of walking alone? Join us and get hooked on walking! We will explore the corridors of DHMC while we walk in pairs and small groups. Bring your water bottle, wear comfortable and sturdy footwear, and prepare to make great friends while getting fit.
This group meets every Thursday from February 8 to June 28 at Fitness Space on the 5th floor of DHMC, one floor up from Parking Garage Entrance near elevators.
