(BEGINNER FOUNDATION SKILLS)
The Beginner Foundations class provides the basic movements of Belly Dancing as well as an introduction on the everyday benefits of dance: safe stretching, stronger arms and core, correct posture, better balance and coordination, and of course having fun and just enjoying movement and dance!
