NOW is the best time to begin a practice or revisit your practice at one of our two hour classes. A good class for beginners or practicing meditators.

First Sunday of each month, 10 am - noon . ALL WELCOME.Bring curious friends and relatives!


Led  by friendly, experienced meditation instructors.Chairs and cushions provided.


Meditation is a practice to calm and train our mind and bring out our inherent qualities of openness, warmth, peacefulness and courage. It can help us overcome stress and fears, work with our emotions, stabilize and soothe our mind, so that we can engage more effectively in our world and extend ourselves to help others.


The Shambhala Center also offers beginners personal meditation instruction most Tuesday evenings at 5:30 pm.


Access: Please be aware that we are on the second floor with no elevator at this time.
