Lebanon man arrested again following two state investigation into alleged heroin sales
Suspect was arrested last month in White River Junction on multiple heroin and cocaine charges
LEBANON, NH - A search warrant that was executed just before midnight on Thursday by a SWAT team made up of members of the Lebanon Police Department resulted in the arrest of a local man on charges of possession and conspiracy to sell heroin.
Adam Colon, 27, was detained as the result of a joint investigation by the New Hampshire Attorney General’s Drug Task Force, the Lebanon Police Department and the Hartford, Vermont Police Department, according to a joint press release issued on Friday.
Members of the Lebanon Police Department Tactical and Containment Team reported seizing cash and approximately 230 bags of heroin from Colon's apartment during Thursday evening's raid.
Colon is due to be arraigned on December 18th at the Grafton County Superior Court on the New Hampshire charges and on January 9th at the Windham County Courthouse in Brattleboro on Vermont's charges alleging heroin sales and cocaine possession for which he was arrested in November in White River Junction.
Police say their investigation is ongoing.
