Two masked robbers held up Cumberland Farms on Pleasant Street in Claremont early this morning

Threatened clerk with a weapon

CLAREMONT, NH - Two men wearing masks entered the Cumberland Farms convenience store on Pleasant Street at approximately 2:30 a.m. Wednesday morning and threatened the clerk with a weapon before making off with an undisclosed amount of money from the cash register.

    No one was injured and Claremont Police are looking for help from the public to try and identify the robbers who were described as a thin white male with dark hair wearing a dark colored jacket, dark blue jeans, grey sneakers, tan gloves and either a green or gray hat-mask combination and another male who was tall and stocky, wearing a green or gray Carhartt-style hooded jacket, black mask, lighter blue jeans and white sneakers.
