Leslie's signature "Sweat and Surrender" begins with a 60-minute, uplifting yoga flow sequence in a moderately heated studio (78 degrees). Downshifting with a restorative pose or two, students are then guided through a 20-minute yoga nidra: a voice-guided meditation done lying down, sometimes called "yogic sleep." This 90 minute class will wring you out, steep you in bliss and serenity, and leave you clear and grounded for the coming holiday season.
