Learn the fundamentals of this ancient practice that works on your pranamaya kosha -energy body- while stimulating your glands, strengthening your body, and uplifting your mind. We'll start with standing warm-ups, and then do a detoxifying series of exercises to remove negativity and tension, followed by a series to elevate your mood and raise your energy to leave you feeling light and refreshed. Expect breath work, dynamic movements, and mantra chanting.
