A Flashback to the Talented Local First Alliance Communications Contest Winners Over the Years

Over the past four years Upper Valley students from the Hartford Area Career and Technology Center’s (HACTC) Media Arts class have participated in an Upper Valley High School Communications Competition where they create marketing campaign materials for Local First Alliance, a program of Vital Communities. Each year winners are chosen and their brilliant radio, print, and television advertisements are shared and admired. Congratulations to all of the winners from 2014 through 2017 and thank you to everyone who has been involved!
