Early morning interstate race in Norwich leads to charges against WRJ and Lebanon men
Stopped just before 2 a.m. for speeding and reckless driving
NORWICH - A pair of drivers from Lebanon and White River Junction are facing charges after Vermont State Police troopers said they saw them racing up Interstate 91 northbound in Norwich during the pre-dawn hours of Sunday morning.
Dylan Smith, 26, of Lebanon has been charged with drunk driving and careless & negligent operation of a vehicle while Joshua Durkee, 23, of White River Junction was just charged with careless & negligent operation.
Dylan Smith, 26, of Lebanon was cited to answer his charges on October 31st in White River Junction
Joshua Durkee, 23, of White River Junction was cited to answer his charge on November 14th at the courthouse in White River Junction
