TAI JI QUAN: MOVING FOR BETTER BALANCE®
Tai Ji Quan: Moving for Better Balance® (TJQMBB) is an evidence-based fall prevention program for older adults and people with balance disorders. It is exercise-based balance training designed to address postural instability and gait disorders, with integrated movement therapy. Affordable 24 week program meeting twice weekly. $240 for 24 weeks. Classes are held in the group exercise room. Participants are welcome to stay and use the facility after each class.
