Norwich man parked on rural highway charged with DUI
Troopers called out in the middle of the night to investigate
ROCHESTER, VT - A Norwich resident was charged with drunk driving early Monday morning after state troopers were called out at 3:30 a.m. to investigate why a vehicle was parked on Route 100 with its lights shining into a nearby house for over an hour, Vermont State Police Trooper Kelsey Knapp reported.
Iver Hulleberg, 26, ended up being arrested and charged with driving under the influence of alcohol before he was processed at the Royalton Barracks and eventually released with a citation ordering him to appear at the courthouse in White River Junction on October 24th for formal arraignment.
