Need to be fingerprinted? Here's how


The Windsor Police Department will be available for fingerprint appointments on Thursday and Friday mornings, from 8:30am to 12:00pm, By Appointment Only. Please call to make the appointment, at the Police Office, Monday to Friday between 9:00am and 2:00pm: 802-674-8076. Appointments are scheduled in 15 minute increments. Please do not bring children or infants with you unless you have someone that can remain in the lobby area with them. Children are not allowed in the fingerprint room.

Requirements:

For Non-Criminal Live-Scan Digital Fingerprints: a signed and filled out Fingerprint Authorization Certificate, Primary I.D.: Photo Identification (valid U.S. Passport or Driver’s License), Secondary I.D.: Signed Identification (valid Credit or Debit Card or School I.D.), $25.00 Processing Fee (exact cash or check made out to: Town of Windsor). A receipt will be given.

For Non-Criminal Ink Fingerprints: Windsor and West Windsor Residents Only, Ink Cards, Primary I.D.: Photo Identification (valid U.S. Passport or Driver’s License), Secondary I.D.: Signed Identification (valid Credit or Debit Card, School I.D.), $25.00 Processing Fee (exact cash or check made out to: Town of Windsor). A receipt will be given.
