LLC an owner-managed and
growing apartment management company based in Lebanon, NH is seeking a self-motivated, friendly and detail
oriented Office Manager to
help us continue to deliver the high standard of service our residents have
come to expect.
The ideal candidate will possess exceptional organizational and problem solving skills and will be able to use their passion for people and communication to successfully manage our tenants and property vacancies on an ongoing basis.
On a day to day basis the Office Manager will be expected to:
· Respond to all emails and phone messages
· Collect resident rents as required and manage account receivables
· Review and send leases to ensure accuracy and completeness
· Maintain familiarity and activities of each property
· Manage contractors to ensure that all scheduled maintenance services are being performed
· Manage and schedule maintenance requests
· Handle resident requests or issues
· Handle emergency situations
· Review payables to ensure accuracy and completeness
· Assist with leasing and marketing efforts, as required
· Complete other administrative duties as required
