Main Street Museum celebrates 25 years!
White River Junction does love a parade
WHITE RIVER JUNCTION - If anything is emblematic of the millennium-spanning transformation of the village of White River Junction from a sketchy railroad town to a sketchy collection of artists, writers and entrepreneurs it has to be the iconic, ironic and chronically outrageous Main Street Museum.
On Friday evening, MSM founder David Fairbanks Ford led an enthusiastic mob of supporters on a 25th Anniversary parade through the Square to Northern Stage's theater where musicians and composers celebrated the museum and the enormous positive impact it has had on the downtown.
