A Hidden Summer Gem in Cornish

You'll be greeted by this view when you walk through the gate of the lower gardens

The Song Garden and Tea House

If you have never heard of or been to The Song Garden and Tea House, see the pictures below for why you need to go. If you have been, but haven't been recently, I highly recommend you go soon! Peggy (the owner) recommends you go in the next two weeks to soak in the peak of the gardens, but the gardens are open until September 30th daily from 10am-6pm. For directions click here.

What a perfect way to let go of the stress of the usual day to day grind. The worries of the day fade away as you drive down 12A and after a walk through the gardens, tea house, and labyrinth you may feel like a totally different person.

Read on for my photo tour of the property:

If you head straight to the tent, you will find directions...

a closet full of treasures and...

cute succulents in Peggy's handmade pottery!

The view gets better as you head to the upper gardens.

Behind the Tea House you can find a real hidden gem...

Can you feel your stress melting away yet?

As you wander around you will find many places to sit, play and rest in the shade...

And then there is the Tea House with so much history and charm...

Tea and treats await you. And make sure to sign the guest book!

By the end you might find yourself with a basket of flowers!

And once they are arranged at home, you will be reminded of the joy that a simple day in the garden can bring.

Give The Song Garden a follow on Facebook and Instagram to brighten up your day from afar!
