Bizzy Bodies Fitness will be starting new small group personal training sessions soon. Sessions will entail strength training and cardiovascular exercise. At the beginning of each session you choose your strength training focus (arms, legs, core, etc.). I will be readily available to help with exercise form and questions. Half-way through the 60 minutes the class will come together for an instructor-led low impact cardiovascular exercise routine. Class concludes with core focused exercises and stretching as a group.
