Now Hiring an Administrative Assistant


This is a 30-hour per week position supporting day-to day office and retail operations. If you are motivated, creative and outgoing, this is the position for you. You’ll work behind the scenes with a unified team doing administrative work and supporting our Education Programming, Events and Gift Shop operations. Work experience required: administrative, retail and managerial; thorough command of MS Office and Point-of-Sale; proficiency with QuickBooks and FileMaker Pro; internet and social media capabilities; excellent written and verbal communication skills; highly organized and attention to detail; and good project management and process improvement skills.
