Strafford's Town House Forum: The World Around Us With Michael Caduto and Ted Levin
Brocklebank Craft Brewing also on hand selling pints at 6pm
John Muir believed that “in every walk with nature one receives far more than he seeks.” Michael Caduto and Ted Levin’s work reminds us of the value in this exploration and examination.
Essayist and educator Michael Caduto is the director of the Justin Morrill Homestead and the author of twenty books, most recently Through a Naturalist’s Eyes: Exploring the Nature of New England (2016).
John Burroughs Award-winning writer-photographer Ted Levin is the author of America’s Snake: The Rise and Fall of the Timber Rattlesnake (2016) and Liquid Land: A Journey through the Florida Everglades (2003).
Join us as for an
evening of discussion and discovery, Thursday August 10 at 7pm.
At 6pm, Brocklebank Craft Brewing of Tunbridge will be on hand selling pints of Timber Rattler IPA. Timber Rattler is an IPA and a half! Not quite as strong as the double IPAs you hear so much about. It’s a beer with some bite, but can also be used as an antivenin against pains of ordinary life.
A portion of the proceeds of sales of Timber Rattler IPA go to the Vermont Department of Fish and Wildlife's timber rattlesnake conservation program.
