Police Log July 25-27
At 5:48 a.m. the owner of a demo company reported a female driver tried to pass one of his trucks and went off the road. The female driver claimed his driver ran her off the road.
At 7:21 p.m. police responded to a home on River Street where a door was painted shut by a contractor. The caller needed police help.
At 8:26 a.m. a passport was found and reported to police.
At 3:21 p.m. police responded to Mon Vert Cafe where a man was making rude and sexual comments to customers.
At 8:23 a.m. police escorted a wide load.
At 12:34 p.m. a man on South Road called about his mail being stolen by a landscaping crew across the road. The man witnessed one of the workers walk across the road and open his mailbox.
At 2:42 p.m. a community coordinator called about someone writing fraudulent checks.
At 2:54 p.m. police responded to an alarm at Woodstock Elementary School.
At 11:02 a.m. a set of keys to a Toyota and another possible house key were found at intersection of Barberry Hill Road and West Woodstock Road.
At 11:36 a.m. police responded to Linden Hill Street where a 75-year-old man fell outside and possibly fractured his leg.
At 6:42 p.m. a Visa credit card was found.
